Taxicab2go

Review: The business card for Taxicab2go states "Always on time or your ride is free guaranteed!" I called about 1pm today to reserve a taxi for 3:30pm at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD (a government agency) to transport a visiting physician to Reagan National Airport. I told them they would need to arrive early to allow time to come through security. At 3:45pm the taxi had not arrived and I called Taxicab2go to get the status. The dispatcher called the driver and then informed me that they were at the security entrance to the NIH. I said I expect the ride would be free then since the business card states "Always on time or your ride is free guaranteed!" The dispatcher informed me quite rudely that this was incorrect and told me to go to their website for clarification. This is false advertising. I did go to their web site and it is still not clear what their policy is. The taxi finally arrived 23 minutes late and the driver said she was not authorized to give any discount.Desired Settlement: Change business cards and website to fully disclose whatever their claim/offer is regarding guaranteed free rides when drivers are late.
