Have been reaching out to tax payer advocate for nearly 2 and half weeks with not one return call from Ms. phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX her supervisor #XXX-XXX-XXXX and the office manager XXX-XXX-XXXX. I believe that these individuals work are remote workers and will not truly assist the client. As of date today Feb. 28th 2020, I have called and finally supervisor did a quick answer but has placed me on hold. She did not identify herself with her Rep ID nor has she come back to line. I advised her that my advocate has not contacted me in close to 3 weeks and I am seeking some information due to an emergency, that's when I was placed on hold( she probably hopes I hang up.)
Contact by the Business I would like for the individuals to contact me and assist me . I know that if they are not returning my calls, then they are not assisting any others either! These are remote workers and they need to work in office and not at their homes where they can't be monitored and held accountable for their actions.
