I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Tradebit did refund the money however my understanding is Tradebit is a "broker" of sorts for many different vendors. My first step was to contact the actual vendor from whom I purchased the product to explain the situation. His response was rude and he basically refused me any help. At which point I contacted Revdex.com who in turn found Tradebit. Tradebit did honorable refund the money, the actual seller was not so kind.
