I placed an order August 18th and the order was canceled the exact same day with no explanation as to why not I’ve reached out to the company twice via email and twice via their *** page absolutely no reply back. To top that off my card was charged and the charges hasn’t been reversed even though the when I log in the website say that my card payment was canceled as if they never charged it. Shady business if you ask me.

If I could give negative stars I would. They are a scam and very rude! Please don’t buy! Items are NOT as described on the website!! Beware. I was very excited when I purchased this stroller set and could not wait to receive this stroller system. It took almost 2 months to receive the item. The stroller set comes from China and NOT from the United States as stated on the website. The seller does not disclose this to customers before purchase. I was made aware of this when I contacted the seller to inquire why the shipment was taking soooooo long! You are sent a shipping label that says stroller set is coming from Texas but that is a lie, its coming from China. Beware that the car seats do not come with a base; NOT SAFE!!!. When I contacted the seller with questions and concerns, I was sent a shipping label without even requesting for one. They asked me to send the items back for a refund and my questions were not answered. At this point, I realized that the seller does not care about customer satisfaction or care about even getting sales since I did not even request for a shipping label but they volunteered and sent me one. Very poor communication and not nice at all!!. All instructions in the box sent were in *** and nothing in ***!! This makes it very difficult to assemble the set. I was sent only 1 shipping label without even asking for it; meanwhile I received two boxes in the mail - how can I return two boxes (1 box with stroller and 2nd box with car seat) with 1 shipping label? They told me to ship the stroller with the shipping label they provided and ship the car seat on my own with my own money because they make one label per order. I am very disappointed in the service received and will definitely not recommend this company.

I place an order on April 2 at the time my order was placed I was informed that shipping was not affected by covid 19 I also paid for additional insurance on the package however I received tracking then an update showing the package is in China however today I received an updated from the additional insurance telling me my package is in wa Olympia I tried reaching out to tay online no one response so I contact *** informed me the package is still in China I wrote a review stating how I’m confused I think a scam was ran on me and no one responded back I then received an email from tay online stating because of my review my order has been canceled and will not be shipped but I received tracking and they informed me it has been shipped so how are they canceling my order and my baby due in two months

Greetings,

After reviewing customer claim we reviewed all emails between us and this customer.

The customer received an updates and answers to all her emails regarding delayed shipment due to the effect of COVID-19, in multiple occasions we offered the customer to receive a refund and cancel the order if she can't wait but the customer didn't accept to cancel the order.

The customer emailed us in many times in very rude way saying that we are fraud, scammers and all of this kind of words but all our customer service representatives didn't respond in the same way and addressed all customer concerns.

The customer was informed that package may take until middle of June to be delivered but she kept telling bad words to our customer service team, after escalating customer case to the business owner we called the shipping company to change the package route and applied full refund of the customer payment.

We offered this customer all possible solutions and asked to be patient if she wants the product but the customer continued in bad attitude and we decided to cancel the transaction.

Customer received FULL REFUND to the original form of payment and we refuse to do business with her anymore.

Our decision is final.

I ordered a stroller from this site on 04/03/2020 and after reading the reviews, I decided to cancel the order. (I know, I should have read the reviews first. My mistake.) — less than 24hrs later I canceled my order and the merchant told me they would have to charge me a 10% cancellation fee. That is poor business but I decided to continue with the refund process. I was sent a confirmation for a refund on the 3rd. On the 9th I inquired about when I should see the funds deposited back into my account. They told me 3-5 business days. On the 11th still no deposit, and the 3-5 business days had passed. I called my bank and they informed me that the merchant had just put in the refund on the 9th! (The day I called to inquire about it) so now they have kept $100+ for a “cancellation fee” and lied about when they processed my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I had previously posted a bad review about this horrible company which claims to a be a US and German company when they are from China, but the company did everything to remove my reviews. They emailed me and told me that they will give me $60 back if I would remove the bad review. I was really upset specially because my complain was that the car seat that came with the Aulon Baby Stroller 3 in 1 was so cheap and unsafe which doesn’t meet the US standards. The car seat doesn’t come with a vehicle base, the plastic where the vehicle seat belt goes thru is so cheap you can fold it with one finger all the way back. The car seat is so light that it flips backward, I had a 3 year old carried it. All I want is for TAY to stop sealing that unsafe car seat. I wish I could attached the email they send me where they offer me money to remove the bad review. My order number is #6098

OMG I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE MY BABY IS DUE LITERALLY ANY DAY NOW MY SISTER ORDERED MY CARSEAT AND STROLLER SET ON DECEMBER 16th AND WE HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT IT STILL SAYS ITS IN CHINA I WILL NOT BE REFERRING ANYONE TO THEM AND ALL THEY KEEP SAYING IS I CAN GET A PARTIAL REFUND OR A FREE GIFT AND THEY CANT TELL ME WHEN IT WILL ARRIVE

A friend of mine recommended them for me, the only downside is shipping took about 25 days, customer service was prompt answering my questions and the product is a great quality for the cost we paid.

I ordered the 3 in 1 khaki stroller, it looked gray when I received it, the car seat has scratches on the bottom, and the cushion has footprints all over it!!! How disgusting!!! I emailed them and was told they couldn’t replace the car seat, only the cushion. I’ve contacted them 3 three times and have yet to hear back. I was told I can return the car seat, I ordered a SET so what would be the point of that??? I really love the stroller and am so disappointed with the handling of the car seat.

I purchased a stroller system which was advertised as luxury European and when I received it, the packaging, labels, and tags embroidered in car seat and equipment where in Japanese or Chinese. This is absolutely not what I percieved to be purchasing since Japanese and Chinese isn't European. There is no contact number to verbally speak to someone and I also paid over $100 for return shipping. I need reimbursement for the shipping as I was falsely given a product that didn't replicate their advertising. This is a complete scam!

We don't cover return costs under any condition as stated in our return policy, unless the product arrived damaged, after checking your emails we can't find any pictures provided shows there is any kind of damage was reported.

I ordered a 3 in 1 stroller a little over one month before my baby was born in May 2019. I paid 359.99 for the stroller and never received the merchandise before he was born. So I went and bought another one with a car seat so I can take him home. I asked them for a refund and they stated that I had to wait until I got the stroller and then get a refund. I got the stroller a week after my baby was born. They sent me a return label and stated that I would receive a full refund and since then they have not refunded my money and they stop answering my emails since they got the merchandise. *** pay who took my money will not answer the emails. I have every email from them and from *** pay regarding my email and the merchandise.

We are sorry that you had to wait this long for product to be delivered to you, to make this short and clear when customer pays using *** for example in your case $359.99 *** will charge 6.5% which is equal $23.4 and send us rest of the money.

Means we didn't receive your $359.99 in full we only received $336.59 from your payment and $23.4 was charged by *** if we will refund you in full your refund will be $336.59 so you are missing $48.59 that was charged by us as a restocking fees I can refund you additional $48.59 but you will still be missing $23.4 that was charged by *** we didn't receive this amount to refund it back to you.

I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive a refund at all from Tay online or ***. Per an email from Tay online, it was stated that they will give me a full refund and I have not received anything as of yet. I will add all of my emails from you all as well as bank statements showing I never received anything from you all.

It's not possible for us to refund you full amount, *** fees are not refundable we are sorry but if you didn't accept our solution for this case you can close this case we can't offer better solution for you.

This store is a scam, full on fraud. They have a united states address listed. It's all a lie, that is their return address station. All their products are shipped from China. They don't give teacking numbers because that is how the customers will find out that they are selling cheap china crap.The products are horrible and cheap. Boutght a stroller set from them the box it came in was falling apart. I took it to the post office and sent it back to them. They stole my $79 for shopping because the post office labled the box as refused .. thay's how horrible the box looked. I asked them for my money and they came up with some excuse as to why they took my $79. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE.. THEY ARE LIARS AND THEIR PRODUCTS LOOK LIKE GARBAGE. THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I WILL COMPLAIN ON EVERY SITE I FIND THEM ON UNTIL THEU RETURN MY $79. I pictures and emails to prove what I'm saying.

Good morning,
I recently purchased a travel set for my baby which included a stroller, a bassinet and a baby car seat. I received the item 4 weeks later and the bassinet came with scratches and tears. I reached out to them and they promised me a new one. I have not received the new one yet but I am sure I will. My main concern is that this product comes from China and it does not state anywhere when you purchase this. The problem is that there is no English manual, there was no car seat base included and by *** in the United States, baby need to be on a safe travel car seat. I reach out to them and they have no answer as far as where or which car seat base I should purchase. My baby is unsafe in this and it is false advertisement as a manual should be sent or atleast a warning that this item does not include a car seat base and it comes from China.
