Review: I ordered Taya dry shampoo in July 2013. One of the bottles didnt spray. After 4 emails they finally sent me a return form but said I couldnt return it without an rma#. They said they would supply the # in a future email. I requested it 3 more times 10/8 10/14 & 11/6. I still have not recieved it. I dont really care about replacing this defective bottle but I think its a bad way to do business.Desired Settlement: I want this company to know I filed a complaint.

Review: On 3/14/2014, I ordered through their website, their White Clay Shampoo & Conditioner. Total cost was $49.95. On 3/16/2014, they took $49.95 out of my bank account as I had given them my debit card information. On 3/28/2014, they informed me through their website that the products would not be available until 4/4/2014. On 4/11/2014, I sent a note through their website, let me know when I'll receive the products. On 4/15/2014, I stated that I have yet to receive a response and would like one. On 4/16/2014, I followed up my emails with the statement, is their anyone monitoring their website and am I to believe I've been ripped off $49.95. If so, I'm reporting you to the Revdex.com and my bank. I have reported this to my bank and the Revdex.com, as I have not received any response and it is 4/19/2014. I don't believe this company is reputable and they don't care if they take your money and not provide the product ordered.Desired Settlement: I want this as a matter of record with the Revdex.com. I'm also pursuing getting my money back from this company.
