My family has purchased three vehicles and never had a problemConversely, they have been very accommodating and professional in every way

I recently purchased my new Elantra at this dealershipI dealt with ** for the sale and he provided an excellent service, the problem arose when I dealt with Lama to finalize the saleIt started with her causing an issue with the order that my name appears on my driver's licenseI have had that same license for close to yrs without any issues before and have purchased several vehicles in the past with no issues as wellI changed the driver's license to appease her and simplify the process, but it was still not enough and she kept on causing issues with itWhen asked to come and accept delivery of my vehicle, none of the paper work was complete and by the time *** finished the paper work (after having waited around to be seen for min even though I was there at the time they had requested me to be there at) the bank was closed and she had not gone to Service Ontario to get the ownership of my vehicle or register the vehicleI was asked to come back the next day to complete the paperwork at which time my name was still causing issues even with the new driver's licenseI went back the next day as agreed and still did not receive my deposit back which I had to make a third visit to retrieve After visits I still did not have the ownership of my carThat took days after the delivery with some follow up phone calls to inquire as to where it wasRequests to speak with a manager where denied and when confronted with the fact that the ownership was still not here a week after delivery of the car *** became very rude and blamed me for not having it, stating I was a very difficult customer and hard to pleased!! I have never encountered this kind of service before and will not be recommending this dealership to anyone

My family has purchased three vehicles and never had a problem. Conversely, they have been very accommodating and professional in every way.

Purchased a used vehicle from Airport Hyundai and am pleased with the service and product. Sales person was helpful and didn't pressure me to spend money on anything I wasn't interested in. I made an offer, they accepted, and I had the vehicle within 2 weeks (I didn't need immediate need, so told them to take their time). Would certainly consider Airport Hyundai in the future.

I took my hyundai [redacted] in as there were 3 MORE recalls on it. at the time I took it in my info gauge said I was using [redacted] per [redacted] now it uses [redacted] per [redacted] when I took my car in for the recalls they only did part of work first time. I had to bring it back when certain parts came in. I noticed a gas smell and colored liquid on my drive after first visit.. notified dealer when took back for rest of work. they didn't see anything wrong. They finished recall repairs and I took car home. noticed info gauge climbing higher day by day. called dealer and they said bring it in but it would cost me for diagnostic checks if needed to find problem. In closing I just have to say that this [redacted] has been nothing but trouble since the first month I bought it. mechanical problems in abundance !
