I have had problem's from day one witch started yrs ago.I have had to do all my own phone calls and locating of doctors and medical records When ever they had to help me with doctors they would say the doctor is no longer in Arizona.But when I would locate doctor online here in Arizona they would say with on effort that what happen when we called.I would ask simple thing like did you receive the fax they would say what fax and their the ones that gave me fax number they would say how would I know if fax came in we have hundred of people faxes.But when the checks were cut from workmens they would take 25%plus 15% for phone calls fax,copys,stamps,I had to ask twice to have a new lawyer.Because of lack skills and education on the lawyers part and if that's was not the reason they just did not care.Also their lack of care if they were not getting any money.I have Richard T [redacted] who is the owner to repme and he has other associates call me that do not know anything when he ask them to call me and handle my calls.They would have no idea why they were calling me or they did but play the game you called Richard and Richard ask me to call you.They would have no idea why they called me and have no idea how to handle the problem after telling them what call was about.I am sure this not how things should go lawyers are help you not cause more problem and suffering
