quote before any work was performed. Was told that she could supply her own parts for the service work that was going to be performed.
And as her employee could not speak english, I had spoken with [redacted] on phone to give pricing. I had let her employee know at time of doing service he was asked to move other vehicle out of driveway so I could finish with other customers vehicles out of my shop before I could do any work on there vehicle. They where very perisistent and did not understand what I was telling them.. So I let them know again to remove vehicles from driveway so I can get other clients vehicles out of my shop bays in order to bring their company vehicle that was needing to be worked on in my bay once it was empty.
She said that she could get the parts cheaper and I told her to go ahead and get them and send them and I would install them, then she told me to go ahead and order parts that needed to be done and repair the vehicle because it would take too long for her parts to get here sooner than what I could order and get it done faster. Her employees where paying over $100.00 a night per room so I was helping by letting her know that I could get them faster and vehicle fixed in a timely matter to where she did not have to wait for her parts to get to me and then having to pay for more hotel expenses for her employees.
 I, Taylor Auto Repair ordered the parts per customer request from [redacted] and installed them and charged batteries, then called customer to inform her of price when completion. The price given was same as quote given to her on phone – she as okay with it and gave me credit card information over phone to pay the bill. When her employee received vehicle twenty minutes later she called complaining of the bill. Here we are …. In my profession her vehicle was charged according to any other vehicle that would have shown up in my shop for the price quoted. Evidentily I did my job and satisfied the customer because the vehicle is still running and employee reached destination without any other delays.
I feel that she was okay at first and when she paid the bill she was satisfied customer, but unsatisfied with the way I had to speak with the employee of moving the vehicle in order to get it fixed. I am not for sure if they did not understand me or was more frustrated because first come first serve at my business and there where other customers vehicles that I was finishing up and they had to wait. The disputed customer that filed this complaint was in and out of my service garage within 24 hours.
