*** *** I have attached a notarized statement with attachments from all places I had the car inspected. My next step is small claims court. I will not continue to go back and forth with lies from a person that is just representing the business who knows nothing about the car deal or the car. Thanks

Please respond here ONLY] The company is not being honest I was never late on my payment I had only had the car 2 wks no one ever  test drove the car only to leave the car  there and have the mechanic look at it and leave me without a loaner vehicle due to everything being a process.  The mechanic was not located on the lot I purchased the car at but 50 miles away.  I brought the car back three times the third time I left it the first time I was told drive the hell out of it and hope that in my 90 day period that whatever was wrong would happen then, I was not asked to leave it and have mechanic look at it my first time coming in.  I had three people look at it with one company being [redacted] Auto repair, 2nd [redacted] Auto Repair and a worker from [redacted] all out of Russellville. [redacted] the car salesman that sold me the car said all those places in his exact words are garbage and one of them will be out of service soon.  I have all my papers on everything I had done including the Car Fax Report and also in [redacted]s' exact words are "Why would he give me back my money and have him out of pocket.  I complained about the car the same day I purchased it no one had looked at it then it had issues while driving on my way home on the 5th of October.  When I brought it back the next day and no one took the time to actually look at the car or get it looked at by a mechanic I took it upon myself to get it inspected by 3 different people but the findings was not of [redacted]s' liking. The car had a misfire code, the engine light was on and the oil, the timing belt was bad needed to be replaced, the odometer was glitching and no it was not the fuse that was checked also, there was squeaking when using the heat and the breaks rubbed and the last factor was when inspected the mechanic felt it is a flood damage car and by law he told me they are suppose to tell me that and to take the car back and ask because that is a bigger issues than the motor, belt etc.  That is what I did and I assume it offended [redacted].  All three Auto Shops will be willing to write a statement for court when we get there or the judge can call the places but this lie that Taylor's' Auto sent in just makes it even more of a battle for me this is a big mess.  I don't have nor does anyone in my family have $1200.00 to just give away.  I took the car back before the 7 day grace period and in good faith I should have got my money back.  I spoke with a judge who is a friend of mines and I'm ready for whatever it takes to get my money back plus that if I have to continue this.

THERE IS NO OTHER ANSWER FO R ME TO TELL YOU ,THE CARFAX SHOWS AN ACCIDENT BUT NO WATER DAMAGE OR NO REBUILT TITLE,WE DONE EVERYTHING THAT WE ARE SUPPOSE TO DO AND OFFERED YOU TO BRING THE CAR IN TO BE CHECKED OUT WHICH YOU REFUSED TO DO THE MILAGE ON THE TITLE IS COORECT BY AUTOCHECK,CARFAX REPORT CAN BE WRONG IN SOME CASES WE SHOWED YOU A COPY OF THE TITTLE AND IT IS CLEAR OF ANY BRANDS

                        We appreciate each and every customer we have and treat each one as part of our small business family.  In response to this particular Customers statement, we feel we did everything possible to resolve the issue at hand.  This customer did in fact bring her newly purchased vehicle back in shortly after purchase.  We had someone inspect and drive the vehicle as she requested.  Upon inspection we could not determine any  issue with the vehicle.  It drove fine, there were no abnormal noises or smells and it drove very well.  We also advised her that the vehicle was under Warranty so she could have it inspected further to verify there were no issues that had been missed.  She was also advised that she could have the vehicle inspected at a legitimate shop of her choice as well.   After speaking to her on several occasions she refused any attempt to have the vehicle inspected under the Warranty or otherwise.  She also refused to make any further payments on her car. On the final day she did show up in office with three different papers that were handwritten by supposed mechanics illegibly.  We again offered to have the vehicle sent to any Dealer’s service department that she chose for inspection.  She refused all efforts to have the vehicle inspected and refused her warranty agreement completely, and refused to make pre-agreed payments that were outstanding.  She chose to voluntary surrender the vehicle that day and became in breach of Contract.In a final note, Taylor Auto Sales goes above and beyond for our customers on a daily basis.  This particular instance unfortunately could not be resolved, and after the fact we did have the Vehicle thoroughly inspected and there were absolutely no issues with said vehicle.  It is our determination that she had someone giving her false or misleading information creating  paranoia about the vehicle.                                                                                                                        [redacted]

[redacted]I don't accept anything other than my money back as you see in my evidence it shows it was a recall on the fuel tank that never got fixed and the air bags and the doors my main point is the fuel tank I had a mechanic look at it and got a misfire code and the misfire code has to do with the core pack on top of the motor that has to do with the ignition which goes hand in hand with the fuel line or tank not only that but the mileage is not correct it was not correct when I purchased it on my bill of sale not to mention the fuel tank could cause so many different issues including the check engine light being on and someone purposely disconnecting it so I'd never know about any issues with the car.  I feel I'm done and over this back and forth responses with this company.  Only way to solve me stopping is giving my $1200.00 back.  Thanks for showing me what not to do in the futhre and may God Bless you all that has a part in this mess

The complaint did pay $425 for sales tax and the vehicle was transferred in her name but she never did pick up her plate; so no refund of the sales tax will be issued. The complaint voluntarily left the vehicle at another car lot and called us to pick it up on March 9, 2015; which still makes her responsible for the contract. Once the vehicle was back in our possession it was checked out and nothing was working improperly.

First not one time did anyone ever tell me that my plates were there. I didnt fail to pick them up. I talked to them almost weekly and called or came in and made my payments so if they were there looks like someone would have given them to me. 
Secondly, the check braking control module, the ABS light and the Brake light were all coming on on that vehicle which was the original problem that they supposedly fixed the first time. I did surrender the vehicle after their episode with all the calling. Here is a copy of multiple conversations with [redacted] , telling me the vehicle will be fixed etc. This is not counting multiple phone calls, and text messages with [redacted] as well. 
Note: I did remove my cc information from the attachment.
