To:Revdex.com4428 N. 12th StreetPhoenix, AZ 85014From:Tex T[redacted] Jr.Taylor Auto Sales[redacted]Phoenix, AZ 85009Dear Revdex.com:This letter is in response to complaint ID #: [redacted].Ms. [redacted] and her daughter [redacted] came to us to purchase a vehicle on March 12,...

2016. We secured a provisional approval of financing from an outside lender based on the information she provided on her credit application. She took delivery of the vehicle but it was explained to her that financing was contingent on providing proof of income in the form of pay stubs for Ms. [redacted], bank statements, and an SSI award letter for Ms. [redacted] to verify the amount she receives. The lender also requested that both buyer and co-buyer have a driver’s license. Ms. [redacted] was aware of the stipulations and we clearly communicated with her the items needed to finalize the financing her auto loan. We continued to communicate with Ms. [redacted] on numerous occasions trying to secure the required stipulations of her financing. During the process of trying to secure her loan, the lender informed us that Ms. [redacted] misrepresented the amount of monthly SSI she receives, therefore falsely reporting her income on a credit application. In addition, her daughter Ms. [redacted] failed the driving test 3 separate times and was unable to obtain a driver’s license, therefore the original lender denied funding. Upon this happening we tried to work it out so that she could keep the vehicle. We called Ms. [redacted] and informed her of the situation and since no other lender would finance her, Taylor Auto would be willing to finance the vehicle through the dealership. As a condition of that financing we asked for $800 additional down payment because a minimum percentage of the value of the vehicle is required in order to finance in house. Ms. [redacted] decided against this option. During this whole process she contacted the Attorney General, the Department of Motor Vehicles, and Revdex.com and made false accusations that we had broken a contract with her when in reality she gave false information on her credit application misrepresenting her income and could not follow through with the lender’s stipulations to secure financing. As a result of her false statements, detectives made a visit to Taylor Auto Sales, but resulted in them quickly finding no wrong doing. We took the vehicle back from her but as a service to her we reimbursed her for her down payment, Ms. [redacted]’s MVD testing fees for three failed attempts to obtain her license, and an oil change she had done on the car. The total amount paid to her was $1627.00 via cashier’s check. We both signed a release dated May 7, 2016 agreeing the parties have settled and would part ways. After signing this agreement to part ways (which she wrote and had the owner sign when he picked up the vehicle) she proceeded to file a suit in small claims court for $3500 claiming harassment, lost wages, and punitive damages. She also collaborated with a third party (Mr. [redacted]) to act as legal counsel and make threatening phone calls to Taylor Auto Sales who misrepresented himself as an attorney on Ms. [redacted]’s behalf. His legal association could never be verified as he would not state what firm he represented and refused to give a phone number where he could be reached. Ms. [redacted] has continued to pursue additional monetary settlement and as recently as June 2nd left a threatening voice mail demanding that we settle with her for more money to avoid court.Ms. [redacted]’s complaint contains many erroneous statements and Taylor Auto stands firm that we treated her with the highest quality of customer service available and acted fairly to resolve all issues with her. Ms. [redacted] falsely misrepresented the facts surrounding the attempt to purchase and finance a vehicle and giving false information on her credit application and not following through with the lender’s request for information. We have gone above and beyond to accommodate her and conclude with an agreeable resolution.Sincerely,Tex T[redacted] Jr.OwnerTaylor Auto Group, LLC
