Hello, I am responding to the letter that Taylor Brothers Landscape received dated 7/20/concerning complaint ID *** dated 7/18/2016. We had landscaped the customer’s yard last year and we do have a one year replacement warranty on plant material that we have always
fulfilled. We were called to do some warranty replacements earlier in the year. We were slow in responding to their request but did replace all the plants requested (for them and their son) on 7/19/before we knew that they had placed a complaint. As I am sorry that we did take longer than we should to respond and replace their warranty items we did replace all items requested and they seem happy.
