This was the first we are hearing of this matter from this member Her late fees were waived and her membership cancelled immediately after hearing of this incident

We spoke to member *** regarding this matter over the phone. Explained to him that this had been a clerical error. After apologizing we explained that is was a very easy fix. We contacted the financial company prior to speaking to this member, since this was the first
we had heard of this matter and wanted to resolve it as quick as possible, and had those invoices removed immediately. We have documentation stating that he was not responsible for any further payments after 04/06/and were happy to correct this oversight. Member requested we send a hand written letter confirming the above, which he can expect to receive shortly

worked here in the past but we have made a few changes in who actually processes the cancellations. No staff other than management is allowed to take cancellations at this location. We have done this to prevent issues like the one you are writing about. Unfortunately we can't be here 24/7 so I always suggest calling before you come in.
