We did go out and exchange the air conditioner on Sat 9-*-16, prior to this exchange happening [redacted] filed a dispute with his credit card company and had the charges for the air conditioner credited back to him - we accepted that charge back and I personally spoke to [redacted] prior to the delivery and stated that new unit had to be paid for when the delivery men were there and he agreed- at no time did I say I would " just put it back on his credit card " that is impossible for us to do as customers card numbers are not on receipts and he would have to come to the store and swipe his cardAt no time did my delivery men demand cash nor did they physically intimidate his wife, These are the same exact delivery men that installed the first unit, whom have been with our company for years and I have never had a complaint about them [redacted] called me this morning and demanded I come take the unit back and return his check, and told me not to send " Those delivery men " when I asked him exactly what he meant and what the problem was with the men he said do not send those colored men back to my homeI offered to pick the unit up and give him back his check for this Thursday and he declined and said he will call me back and let me know whenI have attached a copy of their check, NOT CASH, that they gave us for payment as agreed upon prior

That response is a total lie! At no time did she say to me or my wife the delivery, under warranty was CODIf she requested us to come in, we could haveFurthermore, her comments on color of the delivery men is a complete lie! I was not home and my wife never even revealed the race of the men to me! I had no idea of their race until reading this replyMy wife was intimidated, and she told me the man got angry, and said "You've got to pay lady!" I consider those comments total libel!!It is a complete lie and fabricationThe men also never left a receipt, and took all the paperwork we had about the sale

As per [redacted] request we picked up the unit and gave him back the check his wife gave us on Thursday 9-*-16. I am confused as to what further resolution he is seeking ? Customer requested we take the unit back and refund him,  and that is what we did.
