complaint with Mr***He is going to pick vehicle up today, Mar 14, and cover the cost of the wrecker service bill that he had initiated when he had the vehicle delivered to dealership
The cause of the complaint was a break down in communicationMr*** has sent many fleet vehicles to be repaired prior to this incident without issueBecause this was an insurance claim, he sent in vehicle for an estimate onlyThe bill has been corrected and we have communicated with Mr*** how the break down occurred and how we will avoid this in the future
