In order to resolve the matter concerning the generator We have purchased an watt generator to replace Mr***'s generator He can pick it up at Taylor County Supply We in turn want the generator that we are replacing.Sincerely,*** ** ***
On June 8th, there was a power outage. Mr. [redacted] came in to Taylor County Supply he thought he needed a plug for his generator, that it was not working. He stated that he needed a 3 prong plug and I advised him that he need a 4 prong plug. I did not have the plug that Mr. [redacted] needed. He went to...
another business and purchased the plugs, then came back to Taylor County Supply and ask if I could fix up a cord for his generator. I put the plugs on a piece of SO cord that I had. If the cord resulted in frying the generator there would have been burnt wires. The wires were not burnt at all. I was not at his house to see what happened or how it was wired at the house. If there was a problem with the cord it would have blown the fuse on the generator. I charged Mr. [redacted] $10.00 for the cord, not for wiring it.
