I submitted a complaint, but the Revdex.com web site closed it without investigation or response back to meI ordered a wig from herkinkz.com on 8/11/17.It arrived 8/19/with a bald spot in the top - exposing the wefts, which makes it obvious it's a wig and unwearable
I contacted the merchant, Jessica Covington at HerKinkz.com out of Detroit, MI, for a refund - sending her a photo of the defective wigShe refused to refund did not even have the professional decently to offer to fix it or send a new oneHer web site, which has since been taken down, does not even have a refund policy or any other pages - it just has products through Paypal
I also went to @herkinkz on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/herkinkz/?hl=en) Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/HerKinkz These wigs are priced very high and she does not provide any customer service after the saleShe expects you to take whatever you get and go away - offers no resolution

I absolutely am in love with Her kinkz! I have a full lace blow out wig and when I tell you people thought it came out my head! The texture is exactly like mine and it’s so soft it’s crazy! It truly feels like my hair! I also love my full lace kinky curly hair it matches my wash and go! I switch between my natural washand go and my wig and people get the two mixed up! She always responds fast and her packaging is dope! I truly love what she is doing for the culture!
