Failure to issue a refund check and will not respond to emails or voicemails August 25th we placed a book order Order# XXXXXX, upon receipt of this book, we were displeased with the quality and costI contacted customer service who advised we could return for refund or creditOn September 20th, I received an email from [redacted] customer service representative, who provided a credit memo # XXXXXXXX for our account EXXXXXShe advised to receive a check I will need to send an email to [redacted] @taylorandfrancis.comI emailed him and received a reply on September which advised he would process the refund and it would take approximately 4-weeksI sent another email to both [redacted] and [redacted] on November and again on December with no response in inquiry to the refundI attempted to also call both numbers listed in the emails and received voicemails at both numbers ( [redacted] XXX-XXX-XXXX) and [redacted] X-XXX-XXX-XXXX ext XXXXX) asking the status of the
We returned a book two months ago and we still have not received a refund Two weeks ago, they said that the refund had been processed but we have not received it They are extremely slow and do not care Usually, it takes 2-business days to process a refund It has been eight weeks and still nothing! We have been running after our money! I would not purchase anything from themHorrible experience!!! Extremely nonprofessional!!!
