I am in receipt of the complaint sent concerning [redacted] and [redacted]'s wedding photos which were taken on September 23,2017. I was hired by [redacted] on 6/17/17 to photograph [redacted] and [redacted] wedding event and I met with [redacted], her mother [redacted], and a...

friend of [redacted]s on 6/17/17 to go over in detail what they expected and the services I would provide for the ceremony both before and after the service. We discussed some of the things that would be on the contract , the terms and conditions as well as my fee. The editing process was also discussed. Clients were to receive all naturally enhanced original images. This topic was discussed once during the meeting as well as right before I was leaving the wedding event, [redacted] was informed that I would go through all of the images and remove any that didn't meet a certain standard and that she would receive all the those remaining images. Absolutely no reason to spend time naturally enhancing images that are out of focus , under or over exposed, and non useable. On top of the 100 Fully Edited Images that [redacted] was to receive, she also received an additional 448 edits amounting in $448 in editing service fees which she was not billed. She was also not billed for a second shooter, the second shooter in which I had to pay in order to come along and act as my witness due to the hostile environment previously created by [redacted]s mother. One of [redacted]'s guests at the wedding made a couple of comments to my assistant and I about how rude the bridal party was being to me and how obvious they were making it. I do have this guests name as well as contact information. [redacted] also claims that I bribed her with 150 photos that she has not seen. This is also a false accusation, I offered to release printing rights to 150 Images (a $150 editing service fee). The reason it is classified as an editing service fee is because it is A EDITING SERVICE, and NOT images you haven't seen. To be more specific I was offering to edit an additional 150 Images of your choice that you ALREADY HAVE in your wedding album. As for the accusations of myself demanding and taking an hour break, as well as being missing a majority of the wedding (things that were never brought to my attention until the client decided she wanted her money back.) I have carefully reviewed all of my memory card time stamps leaving me able to discredit yet another one of [redacted]'s accusation. I was rudely forced by one of the bridesmaids, [redacted], to move my car resulting in more complicated access to my equipment. [redacted] also verbally harassed me, this was all immediately documented and digitally time stamped. [redacted] is demanding something that I do not have, she claims she saw images of her and her mother dancing on my website, a website she claims that I took down. I can also prove that this is another false accusation, as for I have digital receipts to show that the website she is talking about has never been taken down and established since March of 2017. I am dismayed by All of the other accusations that have never been brought to my knowledge until now, as for my other clients have had nothing but positive things to say about the process and delivery of their photos. On behalf of [redacted]'s attempt to defame my character by telling lies, I will be respectfully declining any refund of any kind.

I rejecting the response to what Taylor wrote. Taylor Gabrielle still has not given me her business license number. She hired a second shooter who as she said only took two photos and she discarded them. Neither Taylor nor [redacted] are licensed photoraphers. Taylor having an assistant, who I am sure does not have the proper documents  and/or licencing needed to have one or even a business name. I was told by every guest at the wedding that the photographer was the only worst part. They informed me of how rude and unprofessional she was/is. The dj even said how rude and unprofessional she is. Guests were looking for the photographer throughout the night because she was no where to be found. She lost ample opportunity for photos that were requested. Her assistant [redacted] even gave me an apologetic look while we were getting ready for the group shot after the cermony because Taylor did not want to listen to my thought or ideas of photo ideas.  My aunt was in the room along with a few bridesmaids, while Taylor pulled me to the side to "talk," which they stayed that she yelled or raised her voice at me. Taylor requested me and the bridal party to move the couch around, her assistant said no along with the bridal group. I did not receive all the photos she promised. Not even all the edited ones she claims to have given me. I did however receive all of her other clients photos '[redacted] & [redacted]'. I know Taylor took down the photo portal I had with all the photos in the album to choose which ones I wanted to get "edited." I have not had access to those pages or portals for about a month or so. I believe Taylor photography is unprofessional, unethical, and is false advertising. Taylor states that I, [redacted] is spreading lies of her "photograph skills" or capabilities, but, I have not told anyone other then those who were dealing with her ridiculous demands. Taylor is not liscened and should be punished accordingly. I believe she is running everything under the table since she has still failed at giving the proper information and hiring another "photographer" under her business name and not have the proper workmens compensation documents. Taylor was never harassed by my family, guests or by any of the bridal party- every guest who attended would agree. My mother's only request was to have the license number which she failed to provide. My bridesmaid also asked Taylor if she could move her vehicle because she was blocking the walk way for the wedding guests and the wedding decorations. My bridesmaid was not rude at all during the time or anytime throughout the wedding. The attachment is of the website she claims is still working with my photos in it. Other attachments are of some of our text conversations.
