On November of I originally made arrangements with Larry F* of TaylorMade CustomPlus to order kitchen cabinets and granite counter topLarry F* at TaylorMade CustomPlus provided an estimate of $4,for the cabinets and $1,for the granite counter topA week or so later Larry F* was given a total of $5,in separate installments ($3,and then $2,000)On Saturday 12/**/we received some kitchen cabinetsOn Sunday 12/**/the cabinets were installed but no granite counter topAs of January only some of the kitchen cabinets were installed and still no granite counterAfter several conversations with Larry about the completion of the kitchen remodel/upgrade, I decided to cancel any further work with Larry F* and TaylorMade CustomPlusI requested that Larry refund me $out of the $that was paid to him, since the cost cabinets was only $4,As of today 2/**/I did not receive the $refund

I ordered custom cabinet and counter for my homeI placed the order on 12/*/and was assured that I would received the order by 12/**/I explained Larry F* (the owner) that it was mandatory that I received the order by 12/**/because I was expecting house guest for the holidays and he assured that I would receive the order by my required date
The cabinet was received after the *** of December and it was the wrong cabinetsI ordered dark wood and I received white cabinetsI accepted the incorrect cabinets because of the time constraints(close to Christmas and I needed to have a kitchen for the holidaysToday s 1/**/and I still have not received the granite counter tops or a permanent kitchen sinkI was using by bathroom sink as a kitchen sinkLarry F* of TaylorMade CustomPlus Kitchen & Bath was paid 90% of the total price agreed upon and I have not received the full orderPlease help

On August ***, I ordered a set of kitchen cabinetsTwo months later the cabinets were delivered Immediately following the delivery the cabinets were installedUpon installation I discovered that one cabinet was missing and two were not the correct piecesThis was immediately brought to the attention of MrLarry T*** the owner of the business, he acknowledged his mistakes and promised to replace and correct the missing piecesI have since called and text MrT*** in hopes of getting this matter resolvedCurrently, MrT*** has resorted to not answering my calls or responding to my messages I am now left with a full paid set incomplete kitchen cabinets

I ordered kitchen cabinets and gave a deposit to this retailer, November I was told cabinets would arrive in weeks, but I still have not received them I have spoken to the owner, Larry, numerous times, he has made continuos broken promises about a future delivery dateit has been 2months I asked for a refund because the merchandise was not deliveredHe said he would refund the money within a weekA week has passed, I called him, no answerIt appears now he is even refusing to return the deposit

Review: I purchased a counter top and sink from this company 2 months ago, in which I was told material would take 7-10 business days...After my follow up on several occasions, the rep I purchased from, Larry, then finally called me back to tell me the product was not in stock - 6 weeks later....Prior to that, he continued to lie to me about the delivery status. After I called the manufacturer to find out the product had been in stock all along, the rep still continued to provide false information. Nonetheless, 8 weeks later, I ordered another spec, which I was told would be under a week and the rep Larry, confirmed to provide a discount due to my inconvenience. Now, I still have no counter top or cabinets from this company - with no delivery date confirmed.Desired Settlement: I want this firm to know, that my patience is now extinct. I have been spending on average $10.00 per meal, 3 times a day for the last 3 months. And I want my product with the heavy discount, as promised....

I also intend to sue this firm for pain and suffering during this time.
