In August of I stopped in to look into purchasing a new Manufactured home, Tray was very professional and up-frontI expressed to him that I had a pc of property in mind and he was very open in working with me on thatI stopped in a week later to start the processI put down the $deposit that would go towards the down payment when we closedThis is very and I had no problem doing soWe spent months working on this, they bent over backwards and did everything they could to make it happen, but unfortunately due to my limited credit I only had one choice of lenderThe lender was horrible, but that's besides the point Even after months of stress and headache they are still helping me get back my escrow deposit from the title company
I do not expect back my $deposit because I did not close on the loanThe complaints would have been resolved if the people read what they signed
I will work with Taylor Made in the future
The guys over there really know their stuff!
