When my refrigeration unit failed on July 19, 2016, I called Taylor Made Refrigeration whose crew arrived in a timely manner, and went right to work.

Scott sat down and explained the situation, and my options. The news was not good. The compressor had shorted-out and the repair would be very costly. I didn't tell Scott, but I did not have the money to fix the unit. After he left my house, I just sat trying to think what to do, and crying a little..

Half and hour later, my phone rang and it was Scott. He said not to worry, that he would be at my house at 8 o'clock the next morning to repair the refrigeration, and he certainly did!!

Somehow, he just knew I was in desperate straits. He and his wonderful wife also arranged for a hotel room for one very hot night at [redacted]. God Bless these good, good people!

We used Taylor Made Refieration today and I have to say it was the best service we have ever recieved. They were very polite, clean and knowledgeable. I would highly recomend this company to anyone.

My A/C unit was went out on a smoldering summer day and they came right away. Turns out that it was just a loose wire and they didn't even charge me for anything. If had called a big valley-wide A/C company, I suspect I would've ended up purchasing a new A/C unit. Loren and Scott were super nice and professional. They are true gems in an industry where buyers should take caution. I recommend this company whenever I have the opportunity.
