My roof leaks! For them to say that we never spoke about drain systems is preposterousThey keep using these misleading terms as "numerous and several." Dustin C [redacted] (an American Roofing Contractors worker) has been to my home times since they did the poor job on June Out of the two times that he did come, the first time he insisted that my roof nedded replaced and fixed because my roof hat rotted soffit and an improper pitchThis was barely months after David M [redacted] did the faulty work on June At this point, he was unaware that American Roofing Company was the company that was contracted and failed to do the work correctlyThe second time, he was sent by David M [redacted] to tell me that before they come out to do the work, I should try to call L&I for them to issue my neighbor a violation so that they could be responsible for the cost The problem here is that per our contract I have a year GuaranteeRegardless of what happens my roof is supposed to be in good condition for years from the date of June This company is trying to deflect and deter their responsibility to another party to avoid the expense of their faulty and dishonest work I say again the burden is not on me to chase after any third party for ANY REASONThis company was negligent, and is solely responsible to either refund my money or pay for my roof to be repaired properly If they feel that my neighbor should be held responsible for this problem the burden to collect reimbursement from the neighbor is solely on American Roofing Contractors If you look at the company's website, actual registry with the state, [redacted] information ( [redacted] etc...), you will notice that a lot of these sites have mismatching addresses, phone numbers & other misleading informationI'd like for you to take into account that Mrand MrsM [redacted] are currently under indictment for fraudulent and deceptive crimesWhich should give weight to my claim that they are dishonest and not telling the truth Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I paid $for a rubber roof, not white rubber paint. If all I wanted was paint it should have cost me only $ I had roofers recently come to my house and look at my roof. They both said that there is no new roof put on at all. They both looked at the contract that I have and said that I was hugely ripped off.
I have many pictures that the roofers recently took of the same old roof that I had in June of with white paint over it. Nothing was done except white paint over an old roof. For $????
I am now having a third roofer come to write a report of exactly what was not done in June 2013. I will take that report and all the pictures to Small Claims Court to show that I was scammed
You sent someone time to empty the leaves out of my gutter. Not times. And when your man was here he told me I needed work on my roof. Remember that call? You told me to ignore him because "he was trying to sell me something. That's what they do" were your exact words. So, I want my $back for a $paint job.

Review: I made a final attempt to contact David M[redacted] in regard to his companies breach of contract and agreement that was made to repair my porch roof on the aforementioned date. My attempts to contact him began on 08 March 2014. Since then I have mailed him a letter, and made 29 phone calls to his business trying to rectify the situation. In response to my calls, he sent his worker Dustin C[redacted] to my home on 15 March 2014. Dustin inspected my porch roof and informed me that my soffit was rotted away, there was old wood on my roof (that David was supposed to haul away) and that he noticed an accumulated puddle of water on the top of my roof. All of which were supposed to be repaired, replaced and sustained by David M[redacted] per ou contract and 15 year guarantee. He sent Dustin out again on 25 June 2014, when he explained to me that he wanted me to contact [redacted] Department of License and Inspections, so that I would put in a complaint against my neighbor at [redacted]. He stated that he didnt want to do any further repairs on my roof because of conflict of space sharing, and him having to possibly cut into their property etc Once the call was made to License and Inspections, Code Enforcement Inspector [redacted] from [redacted] L&I came out on 02 July 2014. Inspector [redacted] told me that in ought for her to issue a violation; she needed to have a statement from American Roofing Contractors on business letterhead sent to her. I provided both you and Angela M[redacted] all of **. [redacted] information so that the documents could be sent to her. On a 17 July 2014 phone call with Angela M[redacted], I was told that the documents were being sent to Inspector [redacted] via email. In a follow-up email, Inspector [redacted] informed me that she never received any documentation from American Roofing Contractors, or Angela and David M[redacted]. My roof has been accumulating water, rotting away, leaking and attracting pesticides. Since Mr. M[redacted] has refused to accommodate my request.Desired Settlement: As I stated to at the beginning of this transcript, this was my final attempt to initiate direct contact with Mr. M[redacted] and American Roofing Contractors. I am dissatisfied with the way their work turned out, and the way they are handling this matter. I am requesting a FULL REFUND of $1250.
