Response:We are in receipt of Mr. [redacted] complaint to the Revdex.com dated 10/26/2017. First, the initial complaint of the leak from Mr. [redacted] was dated August 23rd. At which time I ([redacted]) informed that resident that we had begun fire inspections on July 28th and were aware of...

the leak. We told him it would be addressed the following week. We explained that the work could not be done by maintenance staff, but had to be done by the fire suppression company. The fire suppression system is very sensitive and is a part of a pending litigation for the Association, so everything must be done in accordance with legal counsel and cannot be fixed without their consent. In addition to that there were other violations/repairs that became more concerning, as per the inspections by the town that had to be addressed by the fire suppression staff first. Contrary to Mr. [redacted] statement, the Association staff power washed the soiled area on weekly basis with bleach solutions and as of Sept. 15, 2017 purchases of Gorillazorb were made to attempt to remove any oils and discoloration. Unfortunately, glycerin stains, while non-toxic, cannot be removed. Please note that the leak he is referring to is in an exposed garage that was constructed with all pipe drains to leak onto the garage floor. This does not cause damage to unit owners, cars and is not unsafe. He attempted to pursue legal action against the Association and contacted the health department. Both actions were found to be baseless and resulted in no action against Taylor Management, the Association or me. Since December 2016, Mr. [redacted] and his wife have made it clear that they wish to self manage The [redacted] at Riverdale. They have attacked Taylor Management, the Board of Directors and have disparaged my name both publicly and on social media. When he served on the Board, he was verbally abusive and refused to abide by the Associations governing documents. The Association's Board of Director's would be happy to provide documentation showing his allegations against Taylor Management and me as their employee are false.

I am rejecting this response because:Luckily the company admits the fact that they put a pan to stop glycerin river only after Department of Health was involved at the end of October. Thus 4 months or 120 days they did literally nothing to stop spreading damage. I own property here and pay $443 every month for proper maintenance and peace of mind. It's very painful for me see such damage. On a contrary [redacted] doesn't have invested interest here and her major interest is to mask her incompetence and ignorance to keep her face.I demand Taylor Management restore damaged area to original condition at their cost. Also, she has to apologize for grilling me on open meeting for contacting Department of Health about glycerin leak.
