Business left the house absolutely filthy, covered with dust and sawdust as though they did all the cutting in the house and used no filtering or vacuum They didn't close off the areas they worked on, so filth was throughout the house, even in rooms they didn't install flooring in I had to struggle with them to get them to clean after they first denied there was any problem and then after being told they "weren't in the house cleaning business." I had negotiated a price with them, but when job was done, I was pressured to pay them more because I was paying with credit card Their business accepts credit cards, and paying by cash or check was NEVER mentioned or requested prior to being pressured Representative was never on time and usually took a long time to respond to inquiries
Flooring job was adequate
Ordered Tile from them and 2 weeks later it hadn't arrived,. Called several times to get an answer and neither [redacted] nor [redacted] seemed to want to take lead in the order. Was told I would be called back several times, never happened not once. Was finally told the order did come in, it was in the warehouse, but the couldn't locate it. 4 days later after continuous calls to them they said they found the order but it came in damaged. (wouldn't you know that right away upon receiving it??) I was told they re ordered it were having it shipped to me directly. Never showed up, had to order it elsewhere delayed my whole project 2 weeks..... BEWARE!
