several years ago. We do not support it. We have placed an order to send the Taylor Smart scale as replacements (3).
I have been in direct contact with the consumer to follow up with him regarding our scale application. We advised that we have just released a new version of the application that will now work with his device. He advised me that it is now working but he has some questions on why the application requires access to his device. I advised that I have followed up with the application developer to obtain answers to his questions and will get back in touch as soon as I hear back from them. In my last communication with the consumer I offered to send the consumer a different model scale or arrange for a refund if he feels like this scale and application will not suit his needs.
I have been in contact with the consumer to explain that the application does work with Android devices as advertised. I explained that there is a problem with the application and the latest Android and iOS versions that do not allow the app to run. Our application development team is...
working with Google Play and the Apple Store to release a new version of the application that will correct the problem. I have advised the consumer that I will be in touch updates on the progress of the release.
