the 48 hours on the form when we discussed it. (attached) On 08/11/17 [redacted] started calling asking about her deposit and move in dates. We explained that based on credit and [redacted] lack of employment they would be required to pay a higher deposit at one month's rent, $879.00, as the deposit amount. On 08/14/17 [redacted] called and said she wanted her move in date to be that day, the 14th. Her costs were adjusted to reflect the new move in costs. Her move in costs were explained to her. On 8/15/17, [redacted] called to cancel her move in because the costs were too high.
