The original estimate was approximately 155k and increased to 209k only because of home owners numerous changesAll change of work orders were signed by home ownersHome owner stated work done was substandard and some must be redoneMost of the work completed including framing, electric, plumbing, insulation, drywall and fencing was all permitted and passed inspection by the City of Grove CityTwo to three weeks ago I spoke to home owners about going into the final phase of addition and was told they were going to get a line of credit on properties they own to finish payingLast week I stopped by to speak with them again and was fired from the jobI was told and I quote "get your st and get out, my husband and father-n-law will finish the job
