I am writing to follow up on your letter regarding the
above claimThank you for bringing this matter to our attention
Our records indicate that our insured reported the claim to us on August 18, The insured's roof was inspected on August 20, The inspection revealed minor wind damage to the home and garage roofingThe inspector found one shingle tab missing on the south slope of the insured home and one shingle tab missing from the east slope of the detached garage
A repair of the insured roof is not only reasonable, but most practical, when you consider there are only two shingles missing from a roof that has in excess of shingles on the roof
An estimate was completed to repair the wind damaged shinglesThe total amount of the repair estimate was $Our insured's policy has a $1,deductibleTherefore this loss falls below the insured deductible
It is our understanding the insured has moved his insurance policy to another insurance carrierA copy of the letter from his current carrier indicates they will no longer continue coverage under their policy unless he replaces his roof on the home and the garageThey cite replacement is necessary due to "deterioration, flaking and loss of granules condition." These items noted are not from wind damage or hail, but are the result of wear, tear due to the age of the roof, which is a maintenance issue and not covered under a contract for insurance

I like how they say it is a maintenance issueBy adding it was due to the age of the roof The roof was only years old due to their inspector How do storm damaged shingles become a maintenance issue the the home owner can prevent When talking to the representative, she admitted the inspector mentioned that there was dents in te roof vents from hail Which added to the condition of the roof The only thing they wanted to cover was the shingles that were completely ripped off by the wind
It comes down to the inspectors comments to me as well That the roof was only years old, and how he felt if the roof had been deteriated further, he would have recommended a complete replacement Which according to another insurance company, it was in that bad of shape And why would contractors recommend that I contact my insurance company, if they felt I had no case?
But I guess after reading other comments about them, this is common practice for them

Review: am very dissatisfied with your service and you should be ashamed......

I was contracted to get the 10X10 and 20x20 tents based on Paul's recommendation which was incorrect.

The 20x20 which Paul measured incorrectly did not fit so you gave me the 15x15 as a substitute. There is your five inches.

The 10X10 did not fit which Paul measured incorrectly and you gave me the 10x20 as a substitute.

Debbie you verbally confirmed with me over the phone we would call this even. I paid $100.00 down and $768.43 which was charged on Saturday.

Now you are asking for more money after you have picked up your tents.

I am sure this is illegal and I will be contacting the Revdex.com.

You are not authorized to place any additional charges on my card outside of the signed agreement.Desired Settlement: No further contact by the business

Unfair and decpetive business practices. Lied about product and lied about refund. Requesting money back in full!We rented a blow up house for my sons 8 year birthday party and the thing was old, beat up and had countless leaks and holes in it. It completely ruined my sons party. When I called [redacted] regarding this on the day we rented it (one day before the party) he told me that there should be puncture holes in the blow up house so if too much air get's in it would have a place to leak out? They did not have another one in stock and I asked if I coul at least have a 2nd blower and he told me to come pick it up (30 minutes from our home) and when I brought it back to my house, it did not work. I think they already knew that. I wasted yet another hour on my sons birthday. [redacted] then said he would credit me back half of our rental when I returned the house, (they never denied the condition of this old, beat up thing).When I returned the bouncy house with my daughter, I told him we could not use it and it ruined my poor sons party. He then said "oh the house has grass on it and is dirty" we are not going to credit you back your rental. I never even received an apology when I told them the house did not inflate, nor did I receive an apology when I had to drive a total of an hour on my sons birthday to pick up a second blower that did not work, and to top everything off, they never even credited me as they promised when I returned it.Desired SettlementFull Refund!$175.00
