Non payment for services rendered
We picked up a piece of equipment in Gunnison, CO and delivered to Irving, TX which was suppose to be paid COD. While in transit, we were trying to contact Brandon or Peter per instructions in the contract to notify them of arrival so that they could meet us with company check. On date of arrival, we were informed that no one could meet us due to the birth of Brandon's child. It was agreed that we would bill them.

This piece of equipment sustained damage by someone BEFORE we picked it up, and there is an insurance claim. The owner received a check for $9000 but was expecting $12000, therefore he is refusing to pay us for the delivery of the equipment even though JB's Hotshot Service had nothing to do with the insurance claim. We picked up the damaged equipment and delivered to facility for repairs.

I have called numerous times to speak to Peter *** who has not returned my calls.
