This guy is crazy I showed him that he was never charged twice I’m certain it’s been put back in his card There was a preauthorized charge and I’m sure it has gone back on his card If he is double charged then request his bank statement and I will refund him I showed him every credit card transaction done here, on order, and he said he was charged but he could never show me where the charge was made He said he couldn’t buy diapers for his kid because he had to buy his carton of cigarettes I told him maybe he should focus more on buying his kid diapers rather than buying a carton of cigarettes This transaction was done on Friday It is business days to be put on I’m sure it’s back on I explained to him business days don’t count on the weekends You can’t talk to this guy This isn’t my fault: it has to do with the phone line system It tried to take the money out, but was not authorized, so we did not double charge him
