I recieved some of the best service from this company. I called them at 8 at night & a technician was out there within 20 minutes & found the problem & fixed it right then & there. The service was very friendly! I will continue to use this company for any problems I might have in the future with my unit.

Review: A/C man came to look at our A/C. Said it was low on freon and that our unit needed to be replaced. Now someone had come out 4 months before for the same issue...low freon. Told him I could not afford a new unit right now. Just put the freon in. This job cost me $190.00($60 service call & $140 for the freon - $10 coupon). That was Friday 9/4/15. Next day 9/5/15, the temperature on the themastate started going up and I called Taylor & Tyler to tell them the problem and the dispatch told us to turn the unit off because it sounded like the compressor was heating up and that it would cost me $80 + whatever service he would have to do to fix it. Told them that I could not afford it and cancelled the appointment. The dispatch said the freon was not guaranteed to last as long as it did because the unit is going bad, but the service guy said it should have held us for another 4 months.Also every time they come to service our A/C they said there is a slow leak and can never find it.Desired Settlement: I want my $190.00 back. I have been a customer with Taylor & Tyler since 2007. Not satisfied with their work.
