Regarding complaint # [redacted] , the gun in question was shipped out to customer on 1/8/We apologize for the delay (due to the fact that we were waiting for the FFL from the dealer we were to ship the gun to in Pennsylvania)We immediately called the customer to provide the tracking numberNo one answered so we left a message for her to call us to receive the number As for this being the exact gun that was sent, we are required to keep detailed records of all guns by serial number ; there is no question that the gun that was sent out this morning is the same serial number as the gun we received from the Schenectady County Sheriffs DeptWe hope this satisfies the complaintSincerely, Taylor and Vadney Sporting Goods
