First let me say I was very pleased with the Doctor and the treatment. What I am very upset about since last year when I started questioning billing. There was so much resistance. Is now convincing me there is something wrong about the way I was being bill. I have paid over $300 for what services that apparently is not on the Explanation of Benefits. After being ignored for so many months I contacted my Insurance Company. The Customer Service was so nice and understanding who said contacted the Office Manager I said I tried several time. So she suggested that she will call of cause when she mention my name Billing Department is not available. So she left detail information about who she was and the reason for the call. Well of course it did no good I received no call or payment history. Prior to me taking steps in contacting outside resources the Insurance Company and now Revdex.com I have been ignored for months. I did get a Patient Ledger date of Print July 12, 2015. Really what is this it is sorted by Case Number. I can not cross reference my payments of cash and money orders to this Ledger. I want a Payment History from 2010 to 2015 stating on this date this amount was posted example check paid---Date---amount The Billing Department refuse to respond. I have been overcharge and because of the not responding and not giving me a payment history this overcharge is done intentionally.Desired SettlementAll I want is a payment history from 2010 to 2015 and do not sort it by case number. As I describe above (ex: CASH PAY and/or CHECK PAY --POST DATE 6/6/2013--- AMOUNT $43.00)Once I get this and there is overpayment. I have all my Explanation of Benefits and receipts then I want a refund. If the Billing Department still want to give me a hard time by not sending me the payment history I will indeed go to other agencies for help apparently there is a problem in their billing.
