duration of the year. I have emailed the customer a copy of the agreement that was signed by both the customer and our sales rep. Company policy is that if a customer signs up for service, account set up, and container delivered, then decides to cancel without using service for at least one quarter (three months), then there is a $25 cancelation fee. This $25 fee is for the cost in removing container, canceling account & refunding any money for unused services. I believe there was a misunderstanding between the customer and our customer service representative. The customer thought she could not cancel service due to the service agreement that was signed and would get no refund. I (Owner of Taylor Waste) personally spoke to the customer and was able to resolve the issue. I let the customer know she could cancel service and that I would waive the $25 cancelation fee for her troubles. I took the full refund and delivered it personally when I removed the Taylor Waste garbage receptacle at her home. I believe this customer is satisfied with the way this situation was rectified, and would hope that this experience for her turned out to be a more positive one. This customer commented on this happening to others. I am unaware of any other customers having this same experience. I have always been a very honest business person and would never keep money that was owed to a customer.

Taylor Waste was rude, unhelpful and unwilling to help. Do not use this company.

Review: A young person representing Taylor Waste approached our home stating that Taylor Waste could offer a savings of $9 per month on our waste collection service. The young man asked my husband to sign a form allowing them to take monies out of his account for the service, which was to start almost 3 months later. Taylor Waste took monies from MY account almost 2 months before any services were to be rendered. The fraud was that this was not a form to allow monies to be taken from his account, but some sort of contract (which we have never seen). We called Taylor Waste to cancel the service (service has NOT started). We were told by “[redacted]” that if we cancel we are still held to the unknown/unseen contract for the entire year and we would not be entitled to a refund of any money. I never signed a contract, ever. They took monies out of MY account without a signature from me. We were warned about this company from many people and now we know why. I am asking for the refund of $42.00 for services NOT rendered and taken from my account without my signature.

Dr. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I am asking for the refund of $42.00 for services NOT rendered and taken from my account without my signature.
