I was very disturbed to receive the news that our application was declined, and that we are being denied the opportunity to lease an apartment in this communityWe have rented many homes in many high end communities and never had an issueI am a disabled combat veteran and most communities have welcomed us with open armsWhen we spoke with Dyshell, she mentioned there was an issue with “credit or credit history” and suggested that I call the company who runs the credit and background checksI reviewed my report with one of their representatives; she could see no reason that our application would have been denied for credit, and she said “nothing is jumping out at me” and “if it is for credit than this requirement would be the highest I have ever seen.” I pulled all three of our credit reports to see if there was some anomalous entry, or negative credit; I was unable to find anything that would reasonably prevent the lease of an apartmentI am a former property manager of ye
