Upon review of the case letter you have sent us, I looked into this issueI could not find any service record on this customer, however if memory serves me correctly, I do remember speaking with themThey did bring in
pictures of the sofaThey did tell us of the purchase date and we also found the item numberWe searched it and found items were still available for that model numberNow I believe this was several months agoI offered her the parts at our costs to help resolve this issueI gave them the price and told them to consider it and let me know if wanted to pursue itThey said OK and leftThey left me no contact information or phone numberBut the fact is that this sofa has been years in a consumers home, and years out of warrantyHow long as a dealer are we supposed to be beholden to a product? By her own admission there was a problem at the outset that we resolved as best as we could with a new item
I feel that offering her the items at our cost was more than fairHad it been under warranty or even close to the expiration date of the warranty, there would have been no disputes or issueIn fact when they left, they were very cordial and I didn't feel as if there was any disputeWe are always here to help any of our customers with any concerns they may have, but we have to stay within a reasonable time frameThank you for the opportunity to share our side of this issue

It is not six years old as of right now it's not even years old, it was purchased on 10/8/and we didn't receive it then on my receipt that I Have because we had to call you back with issues when you received itIt was not even years old when we came and talked to youWhen we left Taylor Furnitue because we where not happy with outcome and you said that's the best you could do I contacted *** Furniture after leaving your store and they advised us you would be contacting us no callThis is why I sent this to Revdex.comSo for him to say six year old is not the truth
Like before I said we had another Leather sofa set not purchased through them and it lasted us Years not just when we came to see youSince no call I contacted *** Furniture again and never received any response
I will not ever purchase from that store again and advising everyone I know not to purchase from *** furnitureIt just makes me sick to pay close to $for a set of furniture and it lasting yearsI feel I shouldn't of had to pay more for something in the material which is defective and feel they should stand behind their product when they new the material was something new and we where told that by Taylor Furniture It's even pealing on the inside of cushions where it isn't touched and the middle of couch peeled first and nobody sits thereSo no we where not happy with what Taylor Furniture answered us that is why we contacted *** FurnitureBut I guess it's ok for Taylor Furniture not to contact us after *** Furniture said you would and contacting *** furniture again and no returned answer from them makes the problem go away! Not in my bookNot happy at all with the outcome!!
