I hired AI to install a commercial ladder on my personal story house for easier safer access for AC maintenance & repair This was during the spring on & I was entering my road cycling century rides & paid 1/of the price up front and asked if they would hold off until after my May century ride Sales staff agreed, but there seems to have been a HUGE break down with communication between the office manager and sales/install Not only was the office manager extremely pushy, upon times teams arrived at property, there was no notice or specific time that could be provided other than the entire day Also, when arriving, the staff just left the ladder in the front yard on the side for anyone to come a steal for recycling with no phone call to notify that the adult child inside was not answering the door Good installation & team allowed me to withhold final payment to turn into the president of AI to make him aware of the poor skills of their office mgr No Response Ever!
