Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
Dear ***,
I am writing you to explain my bad experience with Mr. Taylor the Mechanic/Owner of this auto shopHe not only lied to me, he humiliated me in front of other customers and the lady at in the front office to the point I was cryingI took my friend *** with me to pick up my car, after being told it was readyI was to upset to go on my own after her previous experienceThe receptionist, who is also the Owner/Mechanics wife, felt the need to call me and apologized for her husbands behaviorWhen I showed up with *** she again apologized ,she was visibly upset with her spouse at the way he talked to and treated me.
*** went back to Taylor Auto with the old part that was supposed to be the new one and to try to reason with him and to resolve this conflict and he was cursed at and told to get off the propertyThat is when I needed to make the decision to file a complaintAttached is the invoice from Alvin Romulo, a certified master mechanic of foreign autosas well as being a trusted associate of mine
I can retrieve the text messages between Alvin and *** in which Alvin explained to him about the fact that my car has only ONE Serpentine belt(Taylor Auto charged me for new belts) and Alvin told *** there is no way that the idler pulley was newthere was too much wear on it for it to be new(Again *** Auto charged me for a new part and labor for replacement)I still have the old idler pulley and can provide a picture of the old part if needed....
Sincerely,
*** ***

We, both Scott and I, apologize to *** for any misunderstandings and/or miscommunications we had with her and we're sorry that she felt mistreated. As stated before, we offer warranties on our parts and labor. Had she brought the car back to us, it would have been repaired with no charge to her. However, she chose to go elsewhere. Therefore, we are willing to refund the amount for the tensioner assembly and belts plus tax - a total of $
