originally signed and is within the law. In addition, the lease is a contract between the lease and Revelation Construction and NOT Taylor'd Properties.
There were pets in the unit that were not paid for and a pet odor remained that took some time to get rid of. The tenants were clean and did clean the unit when they vacated, however there were small things such as under the appliances that had to be cleaned and we went as far as reducing the costs for them as a courtesy.
We also told the tenants that after everything was out of their home to contact us and we would do a walkthrough however, I was not contacted and notified that they we're ready for a walk through and the next action I was aware of was that they were actually already gone.
As a property management company and liaison between tenant and the owner, we do our best to accommodate both parties. Unfortunately, there are times when it becomes impossible to make everyone happy. We do wish these tenant the very best in the future and hope that this issue can be resolved.
