Upon learning of Mr***'s complaint, our Customer Service looked into it right away We confirmed that after Mr [redacted] lodged his complaint with the Revdex.com, and before TaylorMade received it, our Customer Service Department had already sent Mr [redacted] the iron replacement club he had requested, along with $in gift cards to be used either at www.taylormadegolf.com or www.adidasgolf.com We appreciate Mr***'s loyalty to the TaylorMade brand and hope he is satisfied with our response

Upon learning of Mr [redacted] 's complaint concerning a TaylorMade golf club, Mr [redacted] was contacted right away by our Customer Service Department and offered a new club We appreciate Mr [redacted] 's loyalty to the TaylorMade brand and hope he is satisfied with our response

Our customer service department has been in touch with this customer and acknowledged our mistake in not properly processing his return. We have initiated the process to refund the customer for his purchase. We appreciate the customer's patience and hope he enjoys his new TaylorMade
club

After looking into this customer’s tratransaction, we found that his tracredit had been inadvertently delayed On April 19, 2017, we processed the customer’s tracredit as requested and contacted the customer to let him know. We hope our response addresses the
customer’s concern

We are sorry you were dissatisfied with your experience at TaylorMade.  We have looked into your orders and found the information detailed below regarding your orders:     Order 1:  Order was for a custom driver, two hats, and t-shirt.  Shipping was...

free on this order.  For the custom driver, the order was placed on the evening of 2/21/18, which means the order drops to initiate building of the product on the morning of 2/22/18.  Standard build time for a custom order is 4-5 business days, which means the order should have left on 2/28/18, which it did.  We shipped the product on 2/28 and it arrived on 3/1, per [redacted] tracking information.  For the hats and t-shirt, again, the order dropped into our system on 2/22/18.  Our standard processing time is 2-3 days.  We processed this order in one day and it was shipped on Friday 2/23/18 via next day air.  Tracking information shows it arrived on Monday 2/26/18.     Order 2:  Order was for custom irons and a shirt.  Order was placed on 3/5/18.  We shipped the irons on Friday 3/9/18 via [redacted] next day air, but they did not arrive until Tuesday 3/13/18, per [redacted] tracking information.  The shirt was shipped on 3/8/18 and arrived on 3/9/18, per tracking information. We hope this information resolves your complaint.  Before receiving your Revdex.com complaint, we also sent you a dozen complimentary golf balls on February 21, 2018 for your trouble.  We appreciate your loyalty to the TaylorMade brand and hope you will continue to enjoy our products.
