Review: I purchased a [redacted] deal for $59 for a "Deep Cleaning" for a 2-3 bedroom Apartment lasting 195 minutes. My deal voucher # was [redacted]. I scheduled a cleaning via Taylor's Cleaning website on 7/**, as the voucher required. A few days before, I got an email cancellation with no explanation, asking me to rebook. There were no more available times within the [redacted] voucher expiration window, but based on the voucher rules found on the website, I was able to reschedule still since the cancellation was the company's fault. I scheduled another cleaning for 7/**, which was also cancelled via email the day of (about 5.5 hours before the scheduled time.) This email stated "as an inconvenience an additional free cleaning will be provided". I scheduled this for 8/*, did not receive a cancellation, but no one ever showed up. I called the company (which I had in each of the previous instances as well, but was never able to reach someone previously). The man I spoke with was apologetic, and scheduled a make-up cleaning for me on 8/*, as well as the promised "free cleaning" on 9/**. On 8/*, I did not receive a cancellation email again, but no one showed up. The man I spoke with then texted me from the number ###-###-#### saying "Hello [redacted], this is the guy you spoke to yesterday about the cleaning. Wanted to let you know that a refund was being processed for you and I was not aware of this until this morning. I tried calling earlier. Your free cleaning is still in effect for Sept so no need to worry about that one." I asked when the refund would be provided, and he responded on 8/* that it would be "2-4 weeks". My scheduled free cleaning was today, 9/** - again, I received no email cancellation, but the cleaning person was a no-show. I have email and text-message documentation for each of these instances if you need them to be provided. Here is a synopsis in timeline form to make things more clear. 7/** 1:40pm - First scheduled cleaning. Cancelled via email on 7/* at 9:35am. 7/** 5:00pm - Second scheduled cleaning. Cancelled via email on 7/** at 11:27pm. Free cleaning promised in email. 8/* 12:20pm - Third scheduled cleaning. No show. No cancellation received. 8/* Spoke with customer service who scheduled a new cleaning for 8/*, and the promised free cleaning for 9/**. 8/* 5:00pm - Fourth scheduled cleaning. No show. Customer service texted me to let me know I'd be receiving a refund for this cleaning, but would still receive the free one on 9/**. 9/** 5:00pm - Fifth scheduled cleaning. No show (as of 7pm on 9/**). No email cancellation. I tried to dispute this originally with [redacted] since I bought the voucher through them, but after the 2nd cancellation, it was outside the terms of the deal so [redacted] was not able to intervene or offer me a refund. After reading [redacted] reviews of this business (unfortunately after already buying the [redacted] voucher with them and experiencing problems with the service myself) I realized I was not the first [redacted] customer they've treated like this. (http[redacted]). It seems they cancelled and promised to reschedule a cleaning of multiple customers. I suspect this business may be a scam as they seem to have collected money from many people, then rescheduled for appointments outside of the [redacted] deal range, so that [redacted] could no longer take back the payments, and then never followed through on the promised service. I have tried many times to call this company via the phone numbers listed on the website and the email confirmations/cancellations I received. I have also tried emailing them and sending them comments via the website. I have not heard back or been able to reach anyone except for the one time on 8/*. I would like to be refunded and also for someone to investigate this business because I suspect they are scamming other customers as well.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund via check of $59 + interest for the time they've held my money.

Review: Just scheduling your appointment with them is a huge pain[redacted]. Their availability is horrible and they make you read novels of disclaimers just to schedule an appointment. They have canceled on me twice at the last minute. The first time being after I made my out-of-town guests wake up early and leave the apartment. And the second time being after we paid $50 to put our dogs in daycare knowing that the cleaners were coming. When you call their customer service number you always get a voice mail and if you leave a voicemail they never call you back. Upon cancelling the first time, they emailed me saying "As a inconvenience, you will receive an additional free cleaning." After they completed the cleaning that I paid for on Living Social, I scheduled this free cleaning. I wasn't sure how to so I emailed to ask and received no response. Upon following up I received the following email "you already picked a date and time already in August and will be confirm shortly. Please do not bother us again about this situation or your free booking will be forfeited. Thank you." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! This is the absolute worst display of customer service (or in this case a complete lack thereof) that I have ever seen. They confirmed my booking of this free cleaning TWICE and TWICE the cleaner never showed up. I called, I emailed....nothing.Desired Settlement: I want the money that I paid for the Living Social voucher to be refunded. Especially after I paid $50 to take the dogs to daycare and they never showed up. And promised a free cleaning and twice did not show up for it.
