too late for Taylor's and Company to cancel the order, as when the product is invoiced the payment is processed.Taylors and Company has contacted UPS and requested the parcel be returned to our location.  This parcel once received back will have a full credit issued to the customer.  The customer originally ordered this [redacted] by UPS 3-DAY select so obviously the parcel needed to be rush shipped to meet the customer's request. The original documentation is available upon request.  In no way was the customer denied the opportunity to cancel the order, however it was not cancelled prior to our packaging and invoicing the parcel.  The customer should have telephoned our company if he had a immediate request for cancellation as the email he contacted is checked twice daily which caused a delay in response to his emailed cancellation request. Taylors and Company had already contacted the customer first thing this morning in regards to his email and provided a full explanation to the customer as to why his email was not responded to instantaneously as it certainly was not being "ignored". The customer responded back to Taylors so we are under the impression that he is happy with our resolution of stopping the shipment and a refund to his card.
