Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Dear Sir,Respectfully, I have to disagree that this could be acceptable resolutionIn addition to collection of trash from road, there ARE few other concerns, that haven't yet been addressed: It is a health hazard to do it in Open Further, there is not just one trash can, but almost 10-of them and then they do it on either side of the road. You would find it hard to believe, but when they start dumping, it goes on about for at least mins, with so many trash cans to be dumped Also, it starts smelling foul in our apartment, even if we don't live on lower floors ! Moreover, and most inconveniently, these trucks make unbearable noise, in early morning, thereby, waking up the people in the neighborhood, from the sleep EACH AND EVERY DAY They come at to 8:in the morning, when many are still catching their sleep. It would be MUCH appreciated, if they use smaller trucks, that go inside the garage to pick up the trash from the individual trash cans, instead of lining them up on either side of the road (They do use such trucks in Costa Verde, which has a similar underground garage layout)We would really appreciate if you could keep the neighborhood noise free and healthy by not following this practice of open dumping of so many trash canTrust me it is big dis-tractor !I once again thank you for your response and hopefully you will be able to empathize and hence act on the above mentioned grievances. Thanks and have a wonderful day !Please see my original email sent to you below:Dear Sir/Madam,Thank you for managing the trash disposal at La Jolla Crossroads community.I am writing to let you know that while I truly appreciate the services provided, nevertheless, I would also like to bring to your notice, an important concern.Every morning, a trash truck comes around a.mto a.m for trash pick-up.The trash cans for all the buildings are located inside the covered garages, mostly close to the elevators. One would expect that, they would send a smaller truck in order to pick up the trash from trash cans located inside the covered garages. Earlier, I used to live in Costa Verde, which also had a similar layout for trash cans, where a small truck used to pithe trash from within the garages of each building.I expected it to be the same with this community as well. Instead, what I observed surprised me !They lithe trash cans next to each other on the main road, with a big truck to pick the trash cans one by one, which occupies one of the lanes of the road, which in this case is *** Dr Not only does this pose hazard for ongoing traffic, it also causes a lot of noise pollution !, Further, they come on weekends in the morning, when everyone is try to catch up with much needed sleep, Additionally, it unhealthy for pedestrians. Keeping these issues in mind, I would request and urge you to send smaller trucks, which could enter the covered garage and remove the trash from each of trash cans, at its place, without lining up all of them on a main road and hence, avoiding the aforementioned issues and concerns.I request you to please forward this letter / suggestion, to the concerned people, so that they could look into it.Thank you for taking your valuable time to read the letter and I sincerely hope and believe an affirmative action will be taken to address the above concerns.Kind Regards,***

Hello [redacted], We appreciate you and the Revdex.com letting us explain our side of the story. We had a contracted service agreement for general waste disposal and recycling collection at the Fig Tree Café located at [redacted] Street, [redacted]. This contracted service was for material generated from the...

restaurant and its patrons, which is a set monthly rate. Beginning in March (3/6/15), we were asked to provide an extra pickup on their Trash container, which we were under the assumption the material inside was general waste. We came to find out that they were actually doing some remodeling and were attempting to pull a fast one on us by not notifying us about the contents inside the container (photo attached). At this time we contacted [redacted] and explained that there would be an additional charge for construction demolition removal and not just for an extra “general waste” pick up. The extra dump charge is about twice as much for construction material compared to general waste (the cost to dump the material at the landfill is over twice as much), and this was clearly communicated to [redacted] put up quite a fight, so in order for us to not jeopardize our relationship, we dumped the bin and charged the regular rate. The following week (3/11/15) we received another request for an extra pickup, and again upon arrival, the material inside was construction material and was not generated from the restaurant nor its customers (photo attached). At this time we contacted [redacted] and told him we have no choice but to charge him the construction rates due to the contents inside. Finally on 3/26/15 [redacted] asked us to come by the following day for another extra pickup and we made sure he was aware that there was to be NO construction material inside the container, not even a single piece of wood, and he assured me that is was trash from the restaurant. We sent our truck by around 8:30am and when they arrived to the restaurant, the gate was locked, the restaurant was closed, and there were construction workers working in the back. My driver had his helper get out of the truck and knock on the restaurant door to see if anyone was available to open the locked gate. One of the construction workers came out from the back area and told our driver that the restaurant was closed today and that we didn’t need to service the bin. A few hours later we received a call from [redacted] asking when we would be out there, and we told him we were already there around 8:30am and one of the construction workers told us restaurant was closed and they didn’t need service. At this point [redacted] got irate using expletives especially once I mentioned that all of our Trash trucks were out of the area and we only had Recycle trucks nearby, so we would need to come back the following day. On 3/26/15 we received a disturbing email from [redacted], where he as asking his partner [redacted], to start shopping around to other vendors and it was very apparent this email was intended to demonstrate their desire to cancel our services. We contacted [redacted] to discuss removal of the containers and a schedule to do so that would not adversely affect his business.   [redacted] began to use profanity and belittle my service, and me personally, which is when I decided to discontinue the conversation to avoid further abuse. The following day (3/27/15) we scheduled the removal of our containers. We like to consider our customers as relationships/partnerships not just account numbers. We like to work with our customers to provide solutions and problem solve issues to come up with effective resolutions. We do not like to be lied to, taken advantage of, or verbally abused, so from a business prospective we had to end our relationship and wished them the best on their future endeavors. We have a great track record with the Revdex.com, and have great reviews on other social networking sites and would like to continue to have an excellent reputation around town.  I hope that you would take into consideration our continues efforts to resolve this issue in a professional manner, without verbal abuse or use of profanity. Thanks again for your time. At Your Disposal, [redacted]General ManagerTayman Industries Inc.[redacted] DriveSan Diego, CA 92121Phone: [redacted]Fax: [redacted]Cell: [redacted]www.taymaninc.com
