My refrigerator/ freezer seemed to be much warmer than normal At 8AM, I left a message for the office .By 11:00AM the refrigerator/ freezer was replaced Dennis even place my magnets neatly on the new refrigerator He apparently also wiped his feet before entering my home (There was not a spot of dirt on my clean kitchen floor.) I appreciate how quickly Michelle (property manager) responded and how much care the maintenance staff uses when working in my home

This reply is in response to the complaint file referenced above. We have been in direct communication with our resident and with our residents' daughter. We have worked out a plan that will address the concerns and will be renovating our resident's bathroom and making
misc wall repairs at the approval of our resident and his daughter. The history of this issue was not that we neglected to address any concerns but that in communicating directly with our resident who in some cases opted not to have repairs may have created a miscommunication along the way. We were happy to arrange repairs and as of now, all are satisfied with our response

Iam writing because I live in the last back unit. All the other units have there door painted and new front and rear screen doors. They stopped when they got to my building as usual.In the summer they have flowers and rughs on the porch with mulch. The rent in the back is higher because they are townhouses. They do not do anything to the back unit. My cabinets and counters need to be replaced but instead they put some wood infront of my countertops witch is not working.One of my neighbor has beautiful cabinets and counters.It seem the longer you are here the less they do, I have been living here for about eleven years and in that eleven years NOTHING has been done...I want new doors and kitchen cabinets and counters...Thank You for your time andcoorporation.

Review: I recently filled out an application for an apartment in Ellington, Ct. The rental office I visited was at 101 South Street Apt. 5 in Vernon, Ct in the Fox Hill complex. The apartments I applied to were the Stonebridge Apts. in Ellington Ct. They are all managed by Taymil Properties out of Framingham, Mass. I was asked to pay an application fee which I was told was for running background and credit checks. I was told if I was rejected, the $40 dollar fee would not be refundable. I was told the process would take two days. Two weeks went by, they were waiting for my employer to Fax my wage verification over to them. I got a call on [redacted] 30 explaining to me I was rejected because I only had a net income of $1800 a month and the minimum income to get in there was $2000. The apartment is only $ 645 a month. What was alarming to me was that the rental agent actually informed me that she never ran any background checks because she was waiting to see if I qualified for the wage verification first. I informed her of my monthly net income before ever filling out the application and she should have disclosed the required income to save me basically handing over free money to them. I was just amazed how she said the $40 dollars was for running background and credit checks, but admitted they were never done. She knew what the minimum income level was, and I disclosed my earnings to her, yet she told me to fill out the application and we will see what happens. Something is wrong here.

I would like my $40 refunded to me because they never did the backgroung checks they said the fee was for. It also makes no sense because a net income of $1800 a month with no major expenses per month, makes renting a $645 a month rent easilly affordable.
