To whom it may concern:Please view the attached emails, this customer knew that she had to sign and mail her tax return, as she requested this in her first emailRight before she made a payment and submitted her order, she did have to agree to a small agreement to continue with
processing her orderThis agreement stated that orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and may take up to 1-business daysPlease view the 2nd email, which shows she did receive her tax returnAfter she received her return, she did contact us again requesting efiling (In her first email she knew she had to sign and mail her return), we explained to her that she was not charged for efiling and that efiling is not allowed for past year returnsWe also have this stated on our Home page, Product page, FAQ page, "TermsofService".Thank you

This customer submitted an order and a copy of her return was email to herThe first time and the only time she contacted us was on April *** and as you can see in the attached email we quickly replied back and provided her with another copy of her tax return
that she requested in the email and we hope she's satisfied now
She also didn't want her return sent to the IRS and we state that there is no efiling allowed for past year returns on our Home page, Product page, FAQ page, ToS and in the Agreement she signed before submitting her orderThis means that her return will not be sent to the IRS, she has to sign and mail it to the IRS
We have also attached a copy of the agreement
Thank you

To whom it may concern
Please check the date on the email we had attached previously, she contacted us on Sunday April *** and we replied back the next day on April ***This seems very reasonable, instead she is accusing us of only replying back after she contacted the Revdex.com
Our website is free to try but to get a final completed PDF copy of your return the customer as to pay for it and we do state this on our Home page: "*** *** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** * *** *** ** *** *** ***"
We have also now issued her a refund back to her card ending in 6858, expect it back in 1-business days
Thank you

Dear *** ***,
We provided online self tax preparation, once a customer submits their order, a copy of their tax return is email to them, at this point we have provided our service. Please view the attachment which is an email showing this customer received their tax returnWe
also state on our product page and in our "Terms of Service", once an order is submitted a refund will not be issued
If you also look at the first attachment(Gmail_1, at the bottom of the email), this is the first time the customer contacted us and had this excuse of not having their return processed by the IRS for identity theftWhat happens between this customer and the IRS, is between them two and has nothing to do with our serviceWe have no control over the IRS or what this customer does with the tax return we sent to them
After we received this Revdex.com complaint, we look into this case and notice that now this customer had a different excuse for requesting a refundShe claims her tax return is empty, which is ridiculous because we have a copy of her tax return and is complete with a refund showing, if the mediator want a copy for proof, we will forward a copy to show that Jnay did complete her tax returnPlease check the 2nd attachment, which is another email, showing that we contact this customer and provided another copy of their return and explained that this complaint to the Revdex.com was false
Our Revdex.com account online does show information about our company and we believe that *** * *** read a previous complaint and reposted someone else complaint has her complaint
What you should ask *** * ***, if her tax return is supposedly blank then why in her first email does she say that her return was sent to the IRS but not processedWhy would someone send a blank return to the IRS? Why did she change from her first excuse to this new complaint, which we can prove is false. Any case we have a copy of the tax return, if the mediator requires proof, we will gladly forward the required documents as proofHence, we will not issue a refund and we don't believe we are at fault here
Thank you

Efiling is not allowed for online past year self prepared returns, there is no online site that can efile past year returns. We state this on our Home page, Product page, FAQ page and ToS. We also state this in the Agreement the customer signed before...

submitting their order. Every customer is required to sign the Agreement before they submit their order and she denies signing it, which is impossible because you have to sign it before you can process forward on the website.
We provide self tax preparation, anything the customer enters online will appear on their tax return. This isn't an manual process, we use an automated system so if she made a mistake on her return, it will appear on her final copy. We do allow free updates, after she received her return, she didn't want updates. At this point we have already issued her a refund.

This customer did self prepare their tax return using our site but they never clicked the "Save & Go" button as they were processing their tax return, therefore nothing was saved. After they submitted their order, we did check it and quickly email them to...

login and complete their return. As you can see the attached email dated Mon, Jun **, 2014 7:22 pm but the customer never contacted us, at this point all we can do was wait. Even till today they never bother to contact us regarding their order, we save all the emails we receive from customers.
After we received this Revdex.com complaint, we have contact the customer to find out if they wanted to finish their tax return or wanted a full refund. The customer requested a refund and we have issued them a refund back to their credit card.
Thank you

Pastyeartax knew and heard about me because for 2 and half months my Bank was disputing the Charge with the online merchant. But the Merchant refused to give me a refund.
Also, I want to say that I did follow the swebsite's software instructions and after entering my information, I did clicked save and go to the next page/level the software walked me through every step from start to finish.
Bottomline The website's software and customer service did not work for me, therfore I asked for a refund.

returns. In fact, we state that we do not efile on our Home page, Product page, FAQ page and in our "TermsofService". After this customer submitted his order, he was directed to his status page and we even provided him direction there on what to sign and mail to the IRS. We also provided him the IRS mailing address.
We also keep track of any email we receive and this customer was replied back to and assisted every time he emailed us. We have attached two emails which shows that he received his tax return and in a recent email from him on Sept **, 2014 he still claims he hasn't received his tax return. Please view the two attached emails, check the dates. As you can see we emailed him a copy on Jun **, 2014 and then he returns again on Aug **,2014 claiming he still doesn't have his return.
We are not at fault here but have still issued him a full refund back to his credit card. The customer should expect credit back on their end in 24-48hrs.
Thank you

Review: I paid this company to do my past year taxes. I paid for federal and the state., a total of 49.99. I have emailed them several times - no response. I have checked my inbox, spam, and junk folders - still my income tax files have not been emailed to me. The site states that they have emailed me my documents, but I have yet to receive anything from them. I have called the number that you have listed for them. THat number is not working any more, so there is no way to speak to them. The site that Revdex.com has listed is not a working domain.Desired Settlement: I initally wanted to hear a response from them, but the more I think about it, I just want my secure information from them and my money. They have important information of mine, like my social security number and my bank numbers.

Review: In 2010 I filed my 2009 tax with this company. The name on my tax form is [redacted] #xxx-xx-xxxx, preparer ID [redacted], Date 01-**-2010. All our tax information was submitted online correct, all our w-2's, pension and other information needed to file our 2009 taxes. We're told we had to wait for the IRS to accepted the return. We were informed they did receive our tax return so we thought everything was alright,we did not receive copies of our return until we were informed by mail in 2011 that the tax return sent by TAX TAZ INC. was missing taxable income that suppose to have been reported, therefore we were informed that was a tax increase and we owed them $4,027.00. some of our income as well as tax withholding was not reported, even though it was submitted to TAX TAZ INC, correctly. We requested copies of our tax report on in April'2011 tried to get TAX TAZ. to correct our tax return for us online as that is how we filed our tax return through them, after many attempts to rectify the problem, they still refused help us, not knowing what to do, we had to pay the IRS., with interest of course! This error was very costly.Desired Settlement: Be responsible for their mistake, and help to resolve it.

Response:

Hello,

We are an online self-tax preparation company, similar to Turbo Tax online where a user can login and enter anything and their return will be filed. We have no control over what [redacted] enters online or if he makes a mistake or forgets to include information as in this case. We probably charged him a small fee of $29.99 back in 2009, at the moment he seems to be expecting a service that you would get from an Accountant who would normally charge him $200-$300. In addition we did offer an option for a tax return review for a extra fee of $19.99 and [redacted] had declined that option.

"We were informed they did receive our tax return so we thought everything was alright,we did not receive copies of our return until we were informed by mail in 2011 that the tax return sent by TAX TAZ INC..."

This is simply not true, luckily we save our emails and have attached the email sent to [redacted] on Apr **,2010. This email basically says to continue to check your status page as we get updates from the IRS, it also has a copy of the tax return [redacted] prepared online. We also confirmed today that the PDF copy of his return matches exactly what [redacted] filed online. Since he did receive his return in 2010 and if there was missing information with his return then he would have contact us back in 2010, which he didn't because his return was exactly what he entered online.

At this point we just charged a small fee and allowed him to efile his return, we have no control over what he did, do you expect us to guess how many W2's or 1099R's he suppose to have entered, that would be impossible.

"...was missing taxable income that suppose to have been reported, therefore we were informed that was a tax increase and we owed them $4,027.00. some of our income as well as tax withholding was not reported, even though it was submitted to TAX TAZ INC, correctly. "

This is also not true, we have a copy of the return sent to him back in 2010 and it shows a refund of $1,331 and since the IRS recalculated their return to tax owed this means that [redacted] didn't include something in their original return. I don't know what he didn't entered online but he can call the IRS to ask them what he forget to include and why does he owe $4,027, they will provide him more information on what document was missing. If he needs us to explain to him, after he call the IRS and gets more information, he can then email us and let us know what was missing so we can explain to him.

Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I submitted all my 2009 tax return information correctly online to the Tax Taz Inc. on 4/**/2010. The response I'm now getting is the same kind of response I

got when I tried to get you all to rectify the problem with the incorrect information you all sent on our 2009 tax return on 4/**/2010. The fee we paid to you

was not chosen by us, you all submitted the charges to us and we paid the fee. we were willing to pay any additional fees you all would've charged, but we could not get

you all help then, and we really don't expect it now . We contact you all by e-mail several times with the same answer, that you all was not able to help us correct the problem with our tax return. We have the copy of our 2009 tax return we got from you all 4/2011, the information on the summary sheet was not entered on our 2009 the tax return . We do not take filing our tax return lightly.

We know the severity it could cost us!

Sincerely,

Hello, [redacted] needs to understand that we offer online self tax preparation and that we are not responsible for her return because we have no control over how she files her return. We were unsure what the issue was with her return so we did contact her directly and the issue is that she didn't include one of her W2's in her tax return. By her blaming us, this is like saying that our system process a few thousand returns correctly but just didn't want to process her return completely. This is illogical, if this was the case then all the returns would have been messed up. What could have happened was that she entered it but didn't click the "Save & Go" button and we have no control over this are what she does on her end. Furthermore after you prepare your tax return, a summary of your return is shown before you pay. [redacted] should have noticed that her income was off by alot. Finally after she submitted a return, the system email her a physical copy of her tax return, we have proof of this and have attached a copy of the email that she received it. She should have contacted us then that she need assistance. What we can offer is allow her to create another account and self prepare another tax return for free or if she would like to process with an amended 1040x return which will add her missing W2 to her current tax return. Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

This response from you all does not solve the problem we have with our 2009 tax return being filed incorrectly the first time in 2010.

The only way this problem can be resolved, is that an amendment with the correct W-2's wages and other information to be filed on our 2009 tax return

be resubmitted to the IRS. We're are doing this ourselves, because like I've said before we keep getting the same response from you all in different wording, but

not offering your help in resolving the matter . There is no need in sending us over and over the same incorrect tax return information submitted already to the IRS.

the tax return still do not have the correct W-2 information for the primary tax payer which is myself. It seems that you all are no more interested in solving the issue with our 2009 tax return when we first tried to seek you all help in 2011. It will solve no problem playing the blame game, I did try to get help from Tax Taz Inc. after the IRS contacted us about the error,

expecting only that the matter be taken care of, nothing is never without flaws, things happen whether it be by machines or humans. I'm not acknowledging that I did not submit all

information that was necessary for filing our taxes, we have been filing our tax returns for over 36yrs, this was first time this happened. The going back and forward with these e-mails

is beginning to be a waste of my time and yours.

Sincerely,

Review: I went on the website [redacted] to file my tax return for the year of 2012. Before I submitted my form to be processed, they asked me to pay $49.99 to use their services. I have the amount charged and they said that I would get an email form them with a copy of my tax return. Once I got the email, my copy of the tax return was blank and k became very disappointed. I am not satisfied with the service and I want my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like my $49.99 refund to be mailed to the address provided

Review: I used [redacted] to file my 2013 federal and state tax return. I paid $49.99 for the services and I received a confirmation email stating that my returns were being processed. Once the returns were ready, the email stated that I would receive my returns in PDF format in my email. I never received my returns, so I logged back into my account and my status said that they were already sent through email. There was no contact telephone number to talk to a customer service rep, so I emailed their customer support, but I did not receive a response.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund back to my original form of payment (my credit card) in the amount of $49.99.
