To whom it may concern:This customer placed an order with us on Apr **, 5:17pm est, the most busiest time of the year for us and we provided her a copy within hoursPlease check the first email which shows that a tax return was email to her on Apr **, 12:10pmShe should check her gmail account, also check her spam folder depending on how strict she set it.Please check the 2nd email attached, she contacted us on Apr **, 1:06pm and we replied back on Apr **, 3:51pm with another copy.Check the 3rd email attached, which was sent today with another copy of her tax returnAll our emails are saved so we have the date that she received a copy from us but she can also email us and provide us with another email where we can send her another copyThank you

I did not I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The business did not refund my money for the tax return that was not delivered to me via email until I complained to the Revdex.comThe company advertised that the service could be tried for free, then when I completed the form I was required to pay for the serviceI felt pressured to pay for the service because I had entered my private info on the formThen the company did not send a copy of the form until I registered the complaintI desire a full refund The business sent a copy of my completed form but no refund In order for the to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

To whom it may concern: We provided online self tax preparation for customers, the IRS does not allow efiling for past year returns as the customer stated in his compliantNo online site allows efiling for past year returns, no where on our site does it say we efile past year returnsIn fact, we state that we do not efile on our Home page, Product page, FAQ page and in our "TermsofService"After this customer submitted his order, he was directed to his status page and we even provided him direction there on what to sign and mail to the IRSWe also provided him the IRS mailing address We also keep track of any email we receive and this customer was replied back to and assisted every time he emailed usWe have attached two emails which shows that he received his tax return and in a recent email from him on Sept **, he still claims he hasn't received his tax returnPlease view the two attached emails, check the datesAs you can see we emailed him a copy on Jun **, and then he returns again on Aug **,claiming he still doesn't have his return We are not at fault here but have still issued him a full refund back to his credit cardThe customer should expect credit back on their end in 24-48hrs Thank you

To whom it may concern: Efiling is not allowed for online past year self prepared returns, there is no online site that can efile past year returnsWe state this on our Home page, Product page, FAQ page and ToSWe also state this in the Agreement the customer signed before submitting their orderEvery customer is required to sign the Agreement before they submit their order and she denies signing it, which is impossible because you have to sign it before you can process forward on the website We provide self tax preparation, anything the customer enters online will appear on their tax returnThis isn't an manual process, we use an automated system so if she made a mistake on her return, it will appear on her final copyWe do allow free updates, after she received her return, she didn't want updatesAt this point we have already issued her a refund Thank you, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved Sincerely, [redacted] Pastyeartax knew and heard about me because for and half months my Bank was disputing the Charge with the online merchantBut the Merchant refused to give me a refund Also, I want to say that I did follow the swebsite's software instructions and after entering my information, I did clicked save and go to the next page/level the software walked me through every step from start to finish Bottomline The website's software and customer service did not work for me, therfore I asked for a refund

To whom it may concern: This customer submitted an order and a copy of her return was email to herThe first time and the only time she contacted us was on April [redacted] and as you can see in the attached email we quickly replied back and provided her with another copy of her tax return that she requested in the email and we hope she's satisfied now She also didn't want her return sent to the IRS and we state that there is no efiling allowed for past year returns on our Home page, Product page, FAQ page, ToS and in the Agreement she signed before submitting her orderThis means that her return will not be sent to the IRS, she has to sign and mail it to the IRS We have also attached a copy of the agreement Thank you
