Taz Tool was awful to deal with, very rude and accusatoryI ordered a drop hitch from them and when it arrived, it was damagedSo I contacted Taztool and they ignored my first attempts to make contact then started the accusatory behaviorStating in and email that I was trying to extort themI just want what I paid and for it to be undamaged if it is going to be listed as a new item, or at least be apologetic for the damaged itemThey didn't even ask for pictures of the damage before attacking my characterThe person I was in contact with was consistently rude and unprofessionalPlease do yourself a favor and steer clear of this seller because, if you do have a problem, this company will not stand behind their productGood luck!

I ordered a HD Rotary pump for my parents farmAccording to the tracking information it was sent and delivered to my address and set out by my mailbox at the end of my road where I also set my trash outThe company says they are not responsible for where it is dropped offI agreeThe only problem I have is they don't believe when I told them I didn't receive itI work hard for my money but being out $will not hurt meJust remember something, there are a few honest people still out there in this world
