Lettuce is tough and chewy , huge pieces like you would put on a hamburger , gritty like hasn’t been washed thoroughly. Was a different lettuce mix when you first opened in Fayetteville, Arkansas . Pimento cheese sandwich needs cheese melted . Bread is toasted but cheese is cold . Brought a friend . It was embarrassing and she didn’t eat much . They offered to make a new salad but I declined as it would be the same lettuce . Associate was nice about it and gave me a coupon to come back . I really don’t want to unless things change for the better. Was going to contact corporate but they’ve made it too difficult to reach them. Thank you , Jewel

I purchased the cigarettes with my debit card and since he is willing to put the money back on my card he is admitting his mistake. I have learned that no matter what transaction, I WILL get a receipt as this problem could have been avoided that day.
