About over a month ago, I ordered a dress for my sons wedding I paid immediately through the pay pal wks later I kept looking into the site to see the status of my dress and it kept coming up preparing I send an email and got a response stating that my order was on hold because I did not pay to resubmit pmt well on their own page it said I did pay and on my credit card statement it stated I paid as well I wrote them back (be aware it takes them one to two days to respond) and then they said it was a mistake that they were going to process Well it had been a month already and I needed my dress for my sons wedding so I sent them another message and asked when I would receive it, they wrote back and said promply but did not give me a datei wrote again and asked the same question and again they did not respond with a date I eventually called my credit card company and filed a dispute the cc company said it would take days Meanswhile I went back on the tb site and submitted cancellation and wrote them emails cancelling the dress because it would not arrive on time Funny, the two days later I get an email the dress was shipped I guess after my cc bank put the dispute in and me sending countless emails I got a dress made up in one to two days The arrival of the dress was quick but when I opened the package the dress was not worth the price I paid it was sloppy and lapsided It was not as the picture on their page it was not the size (I ordered it tailor made) So now I have a dress that is nothing like I ordered, on top of that if you want to send it back you have to pay shipping which is overseas and will cost almost half of the price of the dress itself On top of that if I had so many problems trying to get the dress imagine what problems I will have getting a refund so now im stuck with a dress that is not what I ordered, cheaply made and dollars short This site is a scam Something should be doneI had to cancel my dispute because once you receive the dress unless you send it back Im still liable to pay for it even if it wasn't what I ordered

First off ill say the quality of the dress for the price I paid is very poor. It is a flower girl dress I paid $92. When I got the dress it had strings loose on the edges. It was not the right size and looked very cheaply made. In the return policy it says within 15 days contact them to resolve returns or exchanges. I email them and said I wanted to return for a refund. They told me I need to take pictures of the dress and send it and then would recieve a refund of only 50% of the price I paid! This is ridiculous. They should clearly state that u can only get 50% back before you buy from them.
I purchased the Euramerican Style Slim Fur Collar Short Thicken jacket (#1719464) from TB Dress online. My order clearly shows I asked for a size Large. Based on the dimensions provided on their site in association with this very product, I can prove that they sent me a Small. They insist they sent a Large and will not refund my money, to include my out of pocket return shipping costs. Even though they did not send me what I ordered!
Note that they also have a SATISFACTION GUARANTEE logo on their site...but do nothing to uphold that.
I've emailed back and forth for weeks and gotten nowhere! I cannot wear the jacket since I'm a size Large, not Small!
Their site states these sizes:
Small: 86cm bust
Medium: 90cm bust
Large: 94cm bust
XL: 98cm bust
I took a photo to demonstrate that this jacket measures precisely 86cm at the bust! It is a Small - no question about it! And yet they insist it is a Large and will only help me if I pay to ship it back - to China! (I shoulda known better)
Do NOT do business with this company!! I'm now going through my credit card company to deal with this issue and try to hold TB Dress accountable!
