In response to my customer's complaints: Paint was removed from window glass and vinyl siding as requested by customer. The trim on the house and shed was painted with white paint and there was a two coat
application on all areas. Window sills were scraped to the degree that was safe so as to not destroy the integrity of the sill itself. The debris from power washing was picked up as requested. I met with the customer regarding the gutter that we fixed and the customer okayed the repair. Every effort possible on our part was exerted to satisfy the customer. Due to the customer's dissatisfaction with our work, we will not pursue collecting the outstanding balance
